Startup Hiring pains!! Posted a Fresher mechanical role at different sites. Package 4LPA - 6LPA. Overall received 486 applications, screened that down to 241 applicants and sent them a 4 question assignment, with a 4 day deadline. Only 12 replied.

Once upon a time BJP used to talk about abolishing income tax. We don't expect you @narendramodi to do that. But please look at the following: Income tax payers pain needs to be reduced. Leaving more money in people's hand is much better than government taking more money. More so, in the context of private consumption being very low and not picking up. It is unfair to make individuals pay more than corporates. Cap income tax rates at 30% and not 39%. It is extremely unfair to have both STT and capital gains. If you cannot abolish capital gains, don't increase it further. Also make all asset classes (including debt funds) eligible for indexation. What we expect from you is 20% long term capital gains tax with indexation benefits. This would make tax rates very attractive for investors. The longer one holds, the lesser he would pay. GST needs to be significantly reduced. Too many goods and services are highly taxed. Be consumer friendly. Encourage consumption by reducing GST.

They’re only talking about insurance and nothing else , even if I get the claim , I’ll have to bear the loss of almost 8-10 lakhs Manindra is not taking any interest in the matter , they just want to transfer everything to the insurance company. Guys, it is not your job, it is not my job, or it is some random health influencer’s job to test products in the market. It’s the job of government authorities. I tested one masala today—that, too, just ethylene oxide in it. I didn’t test for adulteration, ingredients, or some other chemical. I can’t. I don’t understand or have the capacity to do the same. That is why I am calling out the Food Safety Authority of India. To remind them about their job and responsibilities. Somewhere, they are getting salaries because of the taxes we are paying. We are not some third-world country; we are India. We want to get ahead of the UK, USA, CHINA. We were fed dreams of becoming superpower for the last 10 years. All I ask is that if I am buying something in the market, I shouldn’t be worried about the quality of that product after seeing the “fssai” tag on it. More than shocked, I am sad. I am sad that many of our parents, including us and our kids are consuming these spices. And not just spices, every other product like Milk, Paneer, Sweets, Biscuits and whatever you use. I can crowdfund, we all can pull in lakhs of rupees. Can test each and every product on the shelf, but till when? Till when you will use air purifier to clean your air, till when you fill use water purifier because the water supply is rotten, till when you will live in a gated society because security is broken and till when you will fill every potholes yourself because roads are broken? We pay taxes for this. And no, eating everything at home or making everything at home is not the SOLUTION to this problem. Think about it. Think about what is happening with you. Think about what is going to happen with your kids. And then speak up. Staying silent is not the SOLUTION.
