Gained more than 500 followers in roughly 24 hours. Went from 0-200 followers in 4 days of effort. Went from 200-700 in 1 day of effort. I know I can get to a 1000+ with another 1 day of effort. It's just a matter of when I feel like doing the effort. I didn't pay for any knowledge. I just used common sense. You can get to a 1000+ followers in 1 week on Twitter if you're strategic and willing to put in the effort. But you have to be smart about it. Strategy is absolute key. Funniest thing is: you can probably do it with less than 3 posts, in less than a week. lol Posts didn't grow me from 0-200 in 4 days; networking did. And more specifically; strategic networking. I see a lot of you doing this wrong. It took me one strategic post to take me from 200 to 700. I wasn't surprised by this growth; I expected it. I researched which type of giveaway would be most likely to go viral in my niche. I see a lot of people doing giveaways that don't have potential for actually going viral. I know it will most likely only take me 1 more strategic post to take me from 700-1000. All the other posts, so far, have done almost nothing for growing my following. Although they have strengthened my presence and brand; slightly. After 1000 followers; the main thing I'll be focussing on for the next period is purely strengthening presence and brand. That's where the real results come from that I'm interested in; not followers per se.
