@Orionv7 Seriously, your vlogs can be viewed as and when they are available, surely there are are other things in peoples lives to do until they go live to view.

To clarify, as I get this quite a bit. Upgrading my pc wouldn’t resolve the issue. However, the solution to this problem is a rather expensive one & whilst I am the first to hold up my hands when something goes wrong, I t’s out of my control. For now, patience is a virtue ☺️

@gone_to_Turkish has already identified the issue. Please note even though a broken spring has been noted by another Audi dealer, the Centre you are now dealing with is not permitted to rely on another retailer’s diagnosis. Each Audi Authorised Centre operates as a separate legal business, 2/4
