As Canada wraps up the 2026 Data Privacy Week, I am incredibly proud of the work being done by the Privacy team at the RCMP. They are dedicated, passionate and experts in their field. I look forward to advancing Privacy services with them as they continue to raise the bar!

Your privacy matters. In 2025, the RCMP completed 9,200+ privacy requests, reviewed 65+ PIA questionnaires, and submitted 8 Privacy Impact Assessments to the OPC. This Data Privacy Week, we’re reaffirming our commitment to strong privacy practices.
