@ACTFibernet No technician has shown up yet, and they are not answering the calls from the app. The real issue was a different wire cut unrelated to the poles. Stop shifting blame when there's zero effort to actually fix the problem.

@ACTFibernet Great job extending the ETA—again. From August 19 to 20, now 24. You're pushing it by a day each time without identifying the root cause, blaming everything on an electrical pole issue.

@ACTFibernet Raised the ticket on Monday, still no response and you keep updating the ETA daily to the next day. What is the purpose of raising the ticket if you can't even provide the ETA and just move the date. If it is related to bill payment you will be on top of it.

@ACTFibernet Still no response from anyone, customer support said it would be done by afternoon but still it is the same, the issue is not resolved. Even after 5 days you don't care about the customer,you just keep increasing the ETA which is the only thing you know.

@ACTFibernet As you see the ETR is crossed and there is no response from anyone on what the issue is and by when it will be resolved.

@ACTFibernet Raising the same requests every month to resolve the same issue. We are unable to access the internet because of the power switch off at junction box. Either move the main connection of the Junction box to a different house or resolve the issue there permanently.
