Against the one indigenous people who want only to live in peace. Who want nobody else's land. But who have an inalienable right to demand our own.
By Islamist marauders who have declared their right to desecrate and commandeer our holy sites - sacred to the Jews since millennia before Islam was created. Who today declare their right to enslave or slaughter every Jew and to conquer the globe.
By their useful idiot allies in the West who call themselves "Progressive" but who are, in fact, mindless, ignorant, amoral, hateful fools committing mass suicide because of their psychotic self loathing and who hate the Jews for refusing to join them.
In Hitler, the post-Christian West saw itself in the mirror and has never stopped blaming the Jews since. Because our survival and our decency and our humanity and our goodness reminds them of everything they are not.
In October 7, the post-Christian West sees the pure evil of its narrative and savagely rushes to pronounce that Hitler's job must now be finished, because the alternative - to permit Jews to exist, to continue to confront their own pure evil - is too uncomfortable. Because all humans have souls and theirs are screaming in terror and pain.
This is the Jews' Homeland - ancient and modern. It does not belong to the Arabs, any more than it belonged to the Europeans.
The strategy of imagining that Jewish rights to existence, let alone to the Land, could ever be dependent on the nations of the world was an assimilationist blindness to thousands of years of history driven by a rejection of the true source of our rights, of our existence, of our future:
The Creator.
The strategy of accepting a tiny sliver in the 1940s was shortsighted, misguided, and weak.
The strategy of allowing barbaric genocidal colonialists to remain in control of the most vital parts of the Homeland - from the Temple Mount to Bet Lechem, Hevron, Shechem, etc, etc, in the 1960s was a betrayal of the Jews' national and religious heritage and a sick ratification of the lies and manipulations of our occupiers.
The strategy of elevating a genocidal Islamo-Nazi death cult, a globally despised terror organization, to negotiating partner in the 1990s and acknowledging this new fictitious "Palestinian" people as having some right to negotiate sovereignty over any part the Jewish patrimony was suicidally insane.
The strategy of relying on the decency, humanity, and goodwill of other nations, to imagine a Jewish state would be treated the same as any other state by the very nations that have brutalized us for millennia, was pathetic and delusional.
The strategy of depending on the unity and support of organized American Jewry - an assimilationist breakaway that has abandoned all connection to the Jewish faith, to Jewish history, to any Jewish future, that is rushing headlong into self-immolation - is tragic.
Stop pretending that the world's laws or morality or institutions are just or righteous or authoritative.
Stop hoping you will be accepted or your existence tolerated in any form - Faith, People, Nation, Ethnicity, Race, State.
Stop whining to them that you are actually decent and good and tolerant and humane. They know; that's precisely why they hate you. You are everything they are not.
And stop imagining they hate you for any of the reasons they claim; they hate you for what you are, for what you represent. It's right there - Dev/Deut 28:10: "And all the peoples of the earth will see that the name of G-d is called upon you, and they will fear you."
Stop seeking permission to exist from anyone but G-d.
And, for G-d's sake:
Stop playing defense.
Start playing offense.
