10. The physical date became a mere formality. By the time she actually sat down across from him, her nervous system was already hijacked. She wasn't deciding if she liked him; she was actively trying to figure out if he liked her. The game was won before he even spoke.

A girl once told me the exact moment she decided to sleep with a guy. It wasn't his: • money • looks • height It was his texting habits in the 72 hours before they even met. He completely starved her of the ONE thing 99% of men keep giving away for free... 👇🧵

🚨 Chris Sale : Slider Tips • Grip at the top of the horseshoe • Low thumb = More depth • High thumb = Harder L/R break ⭐️ Manipulating thumb placement can be a great way to change depth & speed w/out dramatically changing the grip.

I spoke to a billionaire’s fixer who handles 'dating' for the 1%. He told me: 'Standard dates are for people who have years to waste. If you want her heart in an hour, you do this.' Here are the 10 scenarios:

Your broad jump predicts your velocity better than your pitching coach does. That’s not a hot take — that’s data. We ran 1,500+ pro athlete evaluations through an XGBoost machine learning model (same class of modeling used inside MLB orgs). Here’s what actually drives velocity: #1 Broad Jump (0.575) #2 Lateral Broad Jump (0.553) #3 Grip Strength (0.490) Not arm speed. Not mechanical checklists. Not years of bullpen reps. It’s horizontal force production. The guys throwing 93+ aren’t just “clean movers” — they’re producing and transferring force through the ground at a completely different level. That’s the separator. And here’s the problem: Most pitchers have never been tested for it. Most coaches don’t even measure it. That’s the gap we’re exposing. — We built a free velocity ceiling calculator powered by this exact model. Input your data (broad jump, grip strength, vertical, sprint time, etc.) and it outputs: → Your projected velocity ceiling → Your percentile vs. your age group → Your untapped velocity potential → Your biggest physical limiters No cost. No pitch. No friction. Comment CEILING and I’ll DM you the link. Or go here: topvelocity.org/velocity-calcu… What the model analyzes: → Broad Jump → Lateral Broad Jump → Vertical Jump → Grip Strength (L/R) → Wingspan → 10-Yard Sprint → Total Body Strength → Shoulder Rotational Strength → Weighted Vertical → Hip Rotation (trail + lead) → Shoulder Total Arc → Rotational Power Every variable is backed by research. Every output is individualized. 10,000+ athletes trained 44M+ YouTube views M.S. Kinesiology PhD Candidate – Health Sciences This isn’t content. A lot of people seem to think that composure requires zero emotion. To address this, I'll bring up Harvey Dorfman's Composure Continuum. There's Partial Composure on one end and there's Total Composure on the other end. Partial Composure is where the pitcher has outbursts but is able to focus on the next pitch. @Max_Scherzer is a great example of this. Total Composure is where the pitcher shows nothing throughout the outing. @KoreyCluber is a perfect example. I discuss this distinction in my audio program on the mental side of pitching called the Ballgame Experience. Link: coachtube.com/course/basebal… #OPN #OutProducerNation #Composure

Do you have physical projectability yet you struggle to perform at an elite level all the time? It's because you're missing one (or more) of the 5 Mental Tools. The 5 Mental Tools are the 5 skills the best pitchers all have. The question is: What skills do you need to learn? #OPN

@BrianCmiles Nice. I actually chunked elite mindsets down to 5 Mental Tools. I'm a pitching specialist primarily, but the cognitive skills can help any athlete. The 5 Mental Tools are the 5 skills that the best pitchers in the game all have. They can be strengthened with enough effort. #OPN

Arrived at Spring Training on 8 FEB and left Spring Training on 25 MAR. As we do each Spring Training for 45 days straight we asked anyone who came into the Mental Performance office about their thoughts on the most important High Performance Traits—we know there are more, but we dig this starting point!

Ok, maybe you can help me understand something. If you only use a gesture after bad results, then that gesture is a neurological reinforcer for bad results. Hebbs Law and Quantum Zeno Effect. Each time you "release", you thicken the neural pathways. So why does everyone say "flush it" still? Confidence is only "fragile" if you base it on the wrong things. Real confidence isn't fragile. And feeling good is not "overrated". I have a technique (cue) that can help players feel good nearly anytime.

Stephen A. Smith reveals the #1 business lesson Trump gave him that he has “never forgotten.” “He said, ‘Not just know your worth, but go for it. Go for it all. Always pursue the most.’” “And I said, ‘Explain. What do you mean?’” “And he said, ‘When you go to a bank, and you borrow $3 million, and you can’t pay it back, you’ve got a problem.’” “‘But when you go to a bank, and you borrow $300 million, and you can’t pay it back, WE’VE got a problem.’” “He said, ‘The moral of the story is the MORE you convince someone to invest in you, the MORE they must work diligently to ENSURE your success.’” “‘Don’t come cheap. Make sure you convince folks to make that requisite investment in you because they’ll be committed to you succeeding, because YOUR success means THEIR success, and they have a chance to recoup the investment they made in you.’” “That’s how you do that. That was the advice that he gave, and I never forgot it.” If you found that Trump story insightful, bookmark this post so you never forget it either. Because when the right opportunity shows up, this is exactly what you’ll wish you remembered.
