Everyone wants to blame the immigrants, but can’t imagine WHY they’re there in the first place. When the US gov’t and their allies rape and pillage the homes of millions of people, there’s consequences. The same that applies in the Middle East, applies to South America.

Countries like China and Mexico have actually lifted millions out of poverty, using the money that their citizens generate. We cut our poor off, started another war, and raised the prices of everything.

Senator Schumer’s “Republicans caved” victory lap is pure political theater... and a dangerous one. After over 40 days of a partial DHS shutdown that left TSA agents unpaid, airports jammed, Coast Guard operations strained, and FEMA disaster relief delayed, Schumer just celebrated a Senate deal that funds TSA, Coast Guard, FEMA, and CISA… while excluding new appropriations for ICE and CBP enforcement. He called it “no blank check for a lawless ICE and Border Patrol” and claimed Democrats “stood united” against Trump’s agenda. Here’s the reality they’re twisting: ICE and CBP were never at risk of running out of money. Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, ICE received a $75 billion supplemental on top of its ~$10 billion base budget... funds available through 2029. CBP got ~$65 billion in the same package. These multi year dollars have kept enforcement, detention, deportation, and border operations fully funded and paid even during the lapse in regular FY2026 appropriations. CBP explicitly diverted OBBBA money to pay 57,600+ employees throughout the shutdown. Democrats didn’t “force” any real concession. They blocked full DHS funding for weeks demanding reforms to ICE/CBP (body cams, judicial warrants, etc.). Republicans offered to fund everything except ICE’s Enforcement & Removal Operations early on. Democrats rejected it, held essential services hostage, then accepted the exact same deal they had previously called insufficient. No reforms passed. No “blank check” was denied... because the agencies already had the biggest blank check in history from last year. This wasn’t governance. It was playing with American lives and livelihoods, once again, for a gotcha that wasn’t even a gotcha. TSA workers missed paychecks. Travelers faced chaos. First responders waited on disaster funds. All so Democrats could tweet “Republicans caved” and paint the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement as “rogue” and “deadly”... while the funded agencies kept operating exactly as before. It proves one thing: Senate Democrats aren’t serious about solutions or public safety. They’ll manufacture a crisis, prolong pain for millions, then spin a non victory as heroism.... anything to twist the narrative and make President Trump and Republicans look bad. Americans see through it. The only people who “caved” were the ones who put partisan scoring over paychecks and security.
