@BandQ absolutely appalling cx experience today! Order online using a voucher bought specifically for this purchase - said product in stock - happy and very quick to take money - and in 2 mins none in stock. Rang online cx serv and literally could not care less. Disgusted!




@bandqhelpTeam I have responded to you and nothing. Very much the experience I have had with my emails. I have been asked for the same information now 3 times now and provided it including CCTV evidence of your driver and still you do nothing

@bandq_help can you help me. I purchased Valspar paint and after 2 coats it’s clear that the quality is extremely inferior. I’ve never experienced paint so poor. It was a colour mixed so I need to understand my rights as I am deeply disappointed

Ordered garden furniture from @bandq_help who happily accepted payment but then cancelled the order but said that I did. They then went on to msg a delivery window. Nothing turned up. Had a refund. 1/2

@Murk441 Was asked in @BandQ the other day to use the self checkout as the manager didn’t like the queue at her till………. I said NO, that was his problem and should open more tills; damn cheek 🤷♂️

@BandQ ordered paint online - wrong colour sent - can I swap it in store or does it need to be done online ?



I despair with @BandQ Placed order 8 days ago for home delivery today. Booked the day off to be home for delivery. No text message advising a 2 hour delivery slot as promised, and order hasn't even been despatched yet. What's going on @BandQ ?

@BandQ So some online searching in my local area, and apparently B&Q don't deliver to my area, and instead sub-contract it to another carrier which can add a week or more to the delivery. Why isn't that explained when I placed the order?

Dear @bandq_help The whole point of customers ordering online and paying for delivery is so they don’t have to drive to your store and ask where their order is!!!!!!! Also, please offer your staff some training on how to answer the damn telephone!

@BandQ nothing but issues with B&Q spent over 2.5 k on a new kitchen and had noting but problems with the whole experience stuff missing from the order ,items not being recommended that comes with the complete kitchen recommendation and then not having these items in stock !!

@BandQ What’s up? My Apple Wallet says my card has expired. I can’t sign into my account on the app or website. “Something has gone wrong” isn’t especially helpful. I have downloaded the app again to no avail. Very irritating.

@BandQ bought a pergola tuesday states nxt day delivery didnt arrive on wed or thursday got message saying delivery Friday lost 2 days of my holidays waiting in for it, could of got it cheaper elsewere. Scam.

@bandq_help Do you not have any staff anymore who deal with returns? Been standing like a moron for 10 mins at the scotswood Newcastle store waiting. Two tannoy announcements but still waiting?

@BandQ Shocking customer service from B&Q - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a product and it has been over a month and I have not received it and B&Q are not giving me a refund. Been chasing for a refund for weeks and no luck
