@BBCWatchdog I ordered 2 items from @MonsoonUK but the default address for delivery was wrong - my mistake. @MonsoonUK say they can’t alter it retrospectively, ask the courier @evri . @evri say they can’t alter it, ask @MonsoonUK. Delivered to an address we’ve moved from.

@barbaramlloyd @evri @MartinSLewis @consumr_rights Hi, we are sorry but as explained we don't have a system which allows us to amend any part of an order including the delivery address. However, once out for delivery you can then amend your delivery address with Evri directly, which again was explained to you. Thanks, Monsoon
