Tired of seeing ads for new electric vehicles only to discover that they sell for $85,000. We need to see electric cars in the $30,000 range to make a serious dent in the dominant fossil fuel industry, and perhaps save the planet.

Odd that trust in anyone’s hiring is being discussed. My understanding is that anyone with an appropriate degree is an almost-automatic hire in this teacher shortage. And once into the union, difficult to un-hire. (Not disparaging all the excellent teachers.)
