The data is in and it should stop every parent in their tracks. Today, we released our 2025 Annual Report. Inside is a year’s worth of real data showing what teens and tweens actually experienced online, plus the apps and platforms where problems show up most often. In 2025 alone, we processed 11.1 billion activities across text, email, YouTube, and 30+ apps and social platforms. What it reveals is impossible to ignore. This report offers a clear, honest look into your child’s digital world. If you want to understand what kids are facing right now, this is where to start: info.bark.us/4atOqYE

@barktechco Alert delays are causing issues. My daughter left the neighborhood, and I didn't get a notification until ten minutes later. 😤 #Alerts #Delays #Bark

@JessWaltonDC We love seeing schools and parents align on this. The more those conversations happen between home and school, the better off kids are.

@TimTebow @titaniajordan @barktechco My kids go to a private school where no smartphones or connected tablets are allowed until high school. I wish more schools implemented this policy. Parents and schools should be working together to protect our younger generation from these dangers.

Every phone, every tablet we hand our kids — there are thousands of people on the other side of that screen whose only goal is to exploit, groom, and lure. This is part of a longer conversation I had with @titaniajordan from @barktechco — one every parent should hear. 🎙️: Parenting in a Tech World

June 23 is Social Media Victims Remembrance Day. The more parents who know about this day, and about the legislation tied to it, the harder it becomes for the people in power to do nothing. info.bark.us/3QBtEz2

This by @barktechco is crummy and scammy. My adolescent kid lost her Bark phone. We have (and have paid monthly for) device protection on it which covers this, an "Irretrievable Loss", subject to a deductible. I file the the claim. They won't process it without a "filed police report" which must contain a "List of stolen property including serial numbers." My claim is for a lost phone, not a stolen one. The device protection also covers theft, but separately from loss, as another, distinct basis for a claim. My kid lost her phone while boating on a muddy bayou; it wasn't stolen. There is no basis to file a police report, and I cannot file one meeting the requirements here -- including a list of stolen property with serial numbers. No property was stolen, and none other than the phone was lost, so there are no serial numbers. Either Bark's claim system is accidentally buggy to the point of being unusable, or Bark (or its insurer) made it dysfunctional to avoid paying out legitimate claims. Either way, crummy and scammy behavior that leaves me dissatisfied and feeling cheated.

Parents, you don’t have to wait for Apple to catch up. Opt for safer tech, like the Bark Phone and Bark Watch, that can actively and securely monitor your child’s online activity, and alert you to concerning content. bit.ly/3S5D5Hr
