نرگس محمدی، پس از تحمل ده روز بستری در مرکز درمانی زنجان و متعاقباً ۳ روز در تهران، جهت ارزیابی دقیق وضعیت قلبی-عروقی برای انجام عمل آنژیوگرافی به اتاق عمل منتقل گردید. یافته‌های حاصل از این بررسی آنژیوگرافیک در مقایسه با نتایج آخرین بررسی انجام شده در سال ۱۴۰۳، نشان‌دهنده وخامت قابل‌توجه و پیشرفت مشکلات عروقی (Progression of Disease) است. در بخش دیگری از ارزیابی‌ها، مانیتورینگ ۷۲ ساعته فشار خون و تست «تیلت استیل» (Tilt Table Test) حاکی از نوسانات شدید و ناپایداری همودینامیک است؛ به گونه‌ای که در برخی ساعات، فشار خون ایشان به سطح بحرانی صفر تنزل یافته و منجر به کاهش سطح هوشیاری و بیهوشی کامل شده است، که پاسخی نگران‌کننده از سوی سیستم قلبی-عروقی و عصبی تلقی می‌شود. پزشکان معالج اعلام کردند که بخشی از سیستم عصبی مرکزی در مغز، که مسئولیت تنظیم فشار خون را بر عهده دارد، دچار اختلال عملکردی شده است. ریشه این عارضه مستقیماً با فشارهای شدید روحی، اضطراب مزمن و استرس‌های محیطی در ارتباط است که اکنون از یک واکنش عصبی به یک بیماری بالینی تبدیل شده است. در حال حاضر، نرگس محمدی جهت ادامه پروتکل‌های درمانی و نظارت مستمر در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه قلبی (CCU) بستری است. طبق گزارش تیم پزشکی، آزمایش‌ها همچنان ادامه خواهد داشت و ایشان به دلیل عدم توانایی جسمانی در تحمل شرایط تنش‌زا، نباید به محیط زندان بازگردد. نرگس محمدی نیازمند بستری در محیطی به دور از استرس، تحت مراقبت دائمی و درمان طولانی‌مدت به مدت حداقل ۸ ماه است، چرا که بدن او در وضعیت فعلی توان تحمل هیچ‌گونه فشار مضاعفی را ندارد. بنیاد نرگس ۲۳ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵ متن کامل گزارش : narges.foundation/narges-mohamma…

The sooner we recognize this hard truth—that there’s no military solution to the conflict with Iran—the better off the United States will be. Sheer military force cannot reopen the Strait of Hormuz without escalating the war and sucking us into another endless, bloody quagmire that delivers zero benefit to our people. We can’t get rid of the emboldened government in Tehran, regardless of how many leaders we kill. If we try we will end up with a government or failed state, worse than what we have now. The inevitable reality is this: we will have to cut a deal with Iran. We can be pragmatic and do it now on our own terms, or we can keep listening to the same neocons and the Israeli government who got us into this mess, only to cut the same deal after we’ve lost even more. Recognizing that we have hit the point of diminishing returns and pulling out now is not weakness. It is strength—and it’s the right thing to do for the American people.
