Making do with one arm. My PT told me about a well-documented phenomenon called contralateral strength training effect. When you do resistance training on one side, the other side also becomes stronger (about half the gain).

My broken hand with multiple fractures is healing, but my fingers are still very swollen and hand surgeon says they may never go back to normal but I sure hope so. If anybody knows some advice how to make that happen let me know. No filters no make up obviously, no Botox or fillers, though Lord knows I need it and don’t judge those who do. 🤣🤣😭🤞🤞🤞🤞
