$TEM reports earnings on Tuesday, and there’s quite a bit to consider since the last print. You would never know based on price action but since Q4 2025, Tempus has made meaningful progress across several fronts: Merck partnership - Expanded its oncology collaboration to scale their AI enabled clinical trial matching and real world data insights Predicta Biosciences agreement - Entered a new partnership to advance AI diagnostics in early cancer detection TIME recognition- Named one of TIME’s 10 Most Influential Health & Life Science Companies of 2026. Nothing that will impact #s but great for publicity and recruiting. More institutional interest -41 hedge funds held $TEM at the end of Q4, up from 32 the previous quarter Turning to Q1: Street expectations sit around $345M in revenue, up ∼35% YoY with EPS still expected to be negative, in the -$0.20 to -$0.52 range. I will not be making any predictions on rev or eps numbers as it is still early in the story…. **What I’ll be paying attention to on the call:** - **Oncology test volumes**: Can the company maintain 35%+ growth, and what are they seeing on reimbursement trends? - **MRD adoption**: Minimal residual disease is a large new market. I’m curious whether we’ll see signs of early traction in Q1. - **Data business**: AI and data licensing are high margin but tend to be lumpy. The question is whether pharma budgets held steady - **Partnership monetization**: How quickly will the Merck and Predicta deals begin contributing to revenue? - **FY26 guidance**: Management previously outlined ∼$1.59B, or ∼25% growth. Reaffirming that, with a credible path to EBITDA profitability, would be important for sentiment Tone and clarity on guidance will likely matter more to the stock than whether EPS beats by a few cents. @OptionsMir @salolrac If Meta, Msft and Googl earnings can create a big gap up at Thursday open, it can be a good fade opportunity going into May. Last year it was almost %2 with only Meta and Msft and it faded all the same day.

@satymahajan Permabears possibly only make money from their X views and paid subscriptions, not from market as they are well aware selling fear is the easiest. Stupid permabears calling crash for 10 years have 200k followers whereas good traders here sometimes only have 10-15k followers.

@cirnosad They showed to world that they lost the war after allowing their civilians to be shields to strategic locations against bombing. You make your citizens' flesh and blood a shield when you have nothing to protect yourself against enemy and you can not deter them anymore.
