@barryconroy1 @UnitedUpdates They definitely were some of those, but they didn’t have a good structure to work with. Now we have people, doing recruitment, data systems are very much up to date, people in key positions understand the game and they are willing support the manager.

@UnitedUpdates No, we need a world class manager. In as much as we won the game. There were deficiencies in a number of areas especially our press. Carrick has done a wonderful job, but this job can easily ruin him. He is limited with what he can do.
