Feelin' good today. Doing reps with 265 on Clean & Press! Felt smooth. Then some 40's. Then some low-contact 1-on-1's with the underclassmen. Looks like I'm doing Weightlifting, Powerlifting, & Track in spring @AtterberryBo @SECoachSmith @ImCoachE5 @tbiss_3 @SoutheasternFB

Tested myself in the gym. Could I, with an absolute minimum warm-up, "unofficially" qualify for the USA Weightlifting University Nationals. EASY. 204 kilogram total is nothing. Also, 23 reps on Incline Bench with 225. @AtterberryBo @ImCoachE5 @tbiss_3 @SoutheasternFB
