A lot of the times what we don’t realize is if you can’t get over a certain hurdle (amount of weight) in the gym, it isn’t about getting more reps of the same lift being the answer. It’s a matter of getting stronger in different areas. This can be the key to you overcoming that obstacle at a specific lift. That time you took off, you were working in other areas and this for sure helped you to get over the hump. Amazing job staying with it and not giving up 🔥🔥, love that you finally got it Key 🦾⭐️!!!!
