Areas in Nottingham are in the top 10% most deprived in the country, meaning that young people are living below the poverty line in our city. Base 51 are here to support young people in need - providing a safe place where they can talk to our Youth Workers and Counsellors.

Notts charity @base51 does amazing work providing activities and mental health support for young people. It was great to visit their new premises with @LilianGreenwood, speak to young people and celebrate their success in securing funding from the Morrisons Foundation. Congrats!

Due to funding, we are having to close Youth Club on Friday evenings, and we'll have a more set programme for Monday and Thursdays! Youth Club will close after Monday 29th July.
