one thing people outside crypto don't understand is how mentally exhausting this space can be.
the market never closes.
there's always another narrative, another launch, another crash, another opportunity you're scared of missing.
one minute you're feeling like a genius because your bags are up.
the next minute you're staring at your screen wondering how an entire month's gains disappeared in a few candles.
and then there's the comparison trap.
you open the app and see somebody claiming they turned $500 into six figures overnight.
meanwhile you're doing everything right and still feel behind.
that messes with your head more than people realize.
the worst part?
it's hard to explain to people outside of crypto too.
trying to tell your family why you're stressed on a random day because of something happening onchain sounds insane.
just remember:
