Happy 33rd birthday to the talented Demi Lovato.

Today, I turn 36 (but I remain a sensitive young man at heart).
As is my custom on my birthday, I reflect upon the year that has been. It has been a bad year. That said, I have done good things that will yield good results later on (so no time has been wasted!). Also, this morning, I felt a certain sense of optimism.
I am now at a stage where I need to find a good balance between setting a high enough pace (so that I might contribute to shifting the Zeitgeist and Moral Framework in our direction) while at the same time not burning myself out (as I mentioned in a recent video, I have seen far too many cases of this).
I have many decades* of struggle in front of me, so I need to maintain a good discipline and keep myself in supreme physical and mental health.
*The coming decades will be extremely important for European civilisation, so being the best I can be is a duty.
Lastly, I wish to thank everyone who has supported me (in whichever way) this last year. It is truly appreciated.
