It's highly dependent on the city. Tehran? Probably ~20%? Who knows. The liberal middle class there is cancer. In other cities probably a bit higher, but not higher than 50%. Ofcourse these are mental estimates, there are no sources for this. The older generations still wear hijab more than the younger ones, but they also raise their girls to not wear the hijab.
