@daddydaycare28 @TheACPRC @CSPSouthEast Last minute issues are covered by a ladder system. The person at the top is responsible for sorting if they are unable due to certain criteria. Cover attracts short notice payment. With only 15 staff, some of those already needing buddies, we are unable to operate a 2nd on system

How do therapy teams manage their on call respiratory physiotherapy service rota. We are finding it challenging to cover shifts when staff due to be on call fall unwell. How do teams arrange cover? A ladder or names out a hat? @TheACPRC @CSPSouthEast

@daddydaycare28 @TheACPRC @CSPSouthEast We use a ladder system. But I'm still finding it increasingly difficult to cover, as we only have a small pool of staff who are doing their own shifts already and everyone is tired 😕
