@AbbottLyon I ordered a piece for my wife with our newborn child in it. It has come with someone else’s pictures inside it! Just wondering where the lover with our newborn has gone?

Merry Christmas! We can't quite believe how popular our brand has become over the past few years and none of that would've been possible without the incredible support from our amazing loyal customers. So a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💖

Starting to look at Respiratory physiotherapy masters courses. Ideally including mechanical ventilation and NIV, if it includes complex airway management even better. Has anyone got any examples of excellent courses to look at? @TheACPRC

2/2 however ENT have reviewed and said there is now a hole in the trachea and can’t put cuff down as it’s acting like a plaster and will lead to possible surgical emphysema. Apart from weaning down o2 supply and titrating delivery method is there anything else we can do?

@TheACPRC @thetracheteam Need some advice. We have a patient that’s failed trache decannulation 3 times, has size 6 currently in situ and tolerates capping off. Found to have pharyngeal odema on imaging but when scoped by ent there was nothing to be seen apart from mild stenosis!

@thetracheteam @TheACPRC Yes they’ve scoped above and below and haven’t really found to much. When decannulated sats drop very low and airway becomes non patent almost like a tracheomalacia

Looking to chat to any trache specialist nurses/physios who work in DGHs. I start my @NESnmahp Fellowship around traches next week. 😁 I think the issues in smaller hospitals will be different so keen to investigate. @TheACPRC @CovidTrach @NTSP_UK
