Believe me, thanks to the work of units specializing in UAV operations, we are able to hold back the Russian advance. It’s the professionalism and coordination of crews—who also pass their knowledge on to new teams. Many people say that when new personnel join, the workload doesn’t get any easier. That’s true. A new crew is not relief—it’s a new resource to become even more effective. We’ll rest later. Every one of us knows why we are here.
