I do go 2 days in a week without eating. If I eat this morning, till the next morning before eating again. I do this twice in a week. I don't take alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, no bread, no junk foods, I eats vegetables and fruits very well, I don't drink soft drinks, my best drinks are clean water, kunu or zobo, I don't body-cream, I have oily skin, I exercise very well. And above all, I cook all my foods. You too can emulate this lifestyle. Simple and very healthy.
