This just makes me really sad. How do we stop this type of thing from happening? Parents. Please. Think about your kids. They are watching everything you do and say. This guy should never be allowed on a field again let alone coaching young athletes.

@dbechek1 @TheHittingVault If you’re blaming the umpire…bad call or not, then you’ve entirely missed the point. This team is coached by sumbags clearly raising future scumbags. This is a youth game. Bad calls are part of it. Good coach should make adjustments for that strike zone.

@DannyD69 @TheHittingVault That is literally not how baseball works at all. I’ve seen MLB ejections for less than what this kid did. Player was WAY out of line. There’s no ABS here. Bad calls happen. That doesn’t give any player the right to show up the umpire. Leeway…watch more ball.

@TheHittingVault If you are calling that a strike you have to look the other way when someone complains. Can’t eject that kid that quickly when you missed that so bad. If you expect leeway, you’ve got to give it also

If forced to actually come into the zone, he'd definitely get banged a little bit, but his pitch movement was also elite, so I agree he'd get outs. Just don't think we'd see dominance.

I despise the new ABS system in the MLB. You’re asking umpires to call a pitch going 95-100 w/spin/movement in a split second and then a batter or catcher can tappytap their helmet and let a computer determine ball or strike by a fraction on an inch. BS
