@virginmedia I’m sure they are doing all they can but it’s been 48hrs, my wife can’t work, kids can’t do there homework, it looks like it’s going to be atleast tomorrow before it’s fixed & im not holding my breath ! There’s no reason being given for the outage just that it’s being worked on

Unbelievably shocking service from @virginmedia this weekend, no services since 11.00AM Friday, little or no updates & now saying nothing until atleast 10.00AM 06/10/25, how are we supposed to work & get kids homework done ! Not holding my breath for a fix or a reason why

Day 10 of missing parcel from @CastoreEngland @McLarenStore , no idea when or if I’m getting it, zero feedback from either, shocking customer service

A week today my order from @McLarenStore @CastoreEngland and @sweatybetty were attempted to be delivered to a business address on a Sunday, still no idea if I’ll ever receive the items, not great service from @McLarenStore when the delivery was to a McLaren building /staff member
