Straight from an NBA Championship coach! We have "stretched the mind" of Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla who has been a member of our Basketball Immersion community. We are proud of our 10-year legacy of sharing the game for coaches at all levels.

@coachbrettflory @BBallImmersion @coachbatista34 I think folks felt that the triangle offense was advanced calculus. Was able to teach it to 9th graders. Some of those teams ran it better than my Varsity teams. So I think it's a matter of how you teach it. That's the part that's not easy for many coaches

‼️ You can grow by addition or by multiplication ‼️ DEVELOPMENT is discovering breakthrough moments AND the mundane, simple habits that allow you to maintain the feeling of this breakthrough moment. Basketball Immersion and @BBallImmersion have been my single biggest paradigm ‘shifter’ and learning resource I use. The reason? It doesn’t provide ALL of the solutions, it shows you HOW to find solutions, both as a player and a coach. MULTIPLICATION. You won’t find endless amounts of randomized sets, you’ll be able to create your own sets or apply sets to situations. MULTIPLICATION. You won’t find a script to teach or ‘how to be a coach’, but you’ll learn how to teach and how to coach. MULTIPLICATION. You won’t find ONE way to do it, you’ll be able to synthesize your own style after hearing many ways to do it, at whatever level you are. MULTIPLICATION There is a number of good foundational communities and platforms to use for this. Would LOVE to hear from other coaches. Who has impacted your basketball career the most and what other resources can coaches discover? 👇🏼

When you teach the drill before the skill, your players don't just follow instructions—they orchestrate a symphony of skills that resonates on the court. Ready to transform your coaching philosophy? basketballimmersion.com/teach-the-dril…

8/ The Court as a Laboratory This method empowers players to integrate individual skills into live game scenarios rather than just following a coach's orders. Use the drill as a foundation for evolving your team's tactics and offensive/defensive principles.

Hold the coaching. Let players explore first. When teaching a new drill or starting a drill they know already, prioritize discovery over instruction. Deepen learning by letting players explore and find solutions, then layer in technique/tactics. A thread🧵
