The funniest part is watching clowns from a country endlessly praised for “politeness” lose their minds over a Thai man making instant noodles before paying for them, then paying anyway.
No theft. No loss. No victim.
Just a different social habit.
And yet the reaction was racist, hysterical, and soaked in superiority.
So perhaps the real issue is this:
some people can only appear civilized inside an environment where everyone already knows the script.
The moment difference appears, courtesy collapses into contempt.
Therefore, most Asians don't really understand the Japanese.
This is a nation that is hypocritical to the extreme.
Their culture and writing system originated from China, yet they never learned China’s sense of dignity, strength, or self-respect. They believe that by pretending to be humble and polite, they can pass as a civilized people.
But their inherent brutality is deeply embedded in their history of invasions and even in their modern works. Japanese anime loves to romanticize cherry blossoms, portraying them as beautiful and fleeting, yet they never forget to remind people that beneath those trees lie corpses. The more blood the cherry blossoms absorb, the more vividly they bloom.
In the end, Japan’s so-called ‘civility’ is nothing more than a thin mask that hides a history of violence and subjugation.
They bow deeply, but their knives are always sharpened. Without true self-respect and accountability,
their obedience to Western power exposes their lack of identity and national pride,
their racism and discrimination against Asians are just a cover-up for their country’s geopolitical marginalization
and their obsession with their self-perceived superiority as "white Asians."
