And here I am..still in this struggle and @AvidProTools @AvidSupport are still not responding...I just wanna hear my kid's voice...shouldn't be that hard...they didn't deposit my purchase to my iLok..haven't replied..won't reply..and you can't get anyone on the phone.

@Avid @AvidProTools we are all enduring the pandemic. But it doesn’t take 9 days to withdraw my $799. Shouldn’t take 9 days to even reply with a non-scripted answer and get me a valid key/code to use my product..this is unacceptable! No support!! no response !!no access!!
