Is it so hard to understand why Itachi made Sasuke repeatedly rewatch his parents’ death through Tsukuyomi? I HATE it to death too and would never try to justify it, but it was NOT torture for torture’s sake 🧵

I DONT HATE NARUTO In fact he’s in my top 3, pointing out inconsistencies and questionable stuff is not equal to hating on a character, neither does it invalidate the good stuff, I’d do the same with Sasuke and with Itachi too

@bbysasu If kishi didn't do it here, itachi wouldn't have the moral ground to lecture naruto, I think that's they were thinking. Besides naruto doesn't understand the intrinsic details of these things (like shown many times). It still would have been better if he wasn't okay with it.

@bbysasu what's wrong with what naruto said. he already went off on itachi before over how his actions hurt sasuke. ofc he don't agree with method of things but what naruto is doing different with the uchiha is focusing on the root reason as that creates understanding and thus change.

@bbysasu Naruto didn’t validate Itachi’s plan, he literally said ‘You’ve done enough’ and ‘now it’s my turn’ meaning he would handle bringing Sasuke back in his own way so Itachi’s mind control contingency wouldn’t be needed
