Gurjeet Bath, 37, of Fresno, and other family members operated two trucking businesses: G.S. Bath Inc. and Complete Transportation Solutions (CTS), operating in Fresno County. In 2020 and 2021, Bath applied for and received three PPP loans totaling more than $1 million. To obtain the loans, Bath knowingly falsified records to inflate his businesses’ employee counts and wages. Bath then used those funds to purchase two parcels of agricultural land in Fresno County. Bath pleaded guilty on May 27, 2025. He was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston to 14 months in prison for theft of government property, U.S. Attorney Eric Grant announced. Bath was also ordered to pay a $100,000 criminal fine.

Is this why they wanted to forgive student loans?!

Trans women may be tall and strong, and stunning and brave. But they are still the most vulnerable people in society. More vulnerable than children. More vulnerable that the disabled. More vulnerable than people with learning difficulties. No one knows why, but it's just a fact.

This is why I'll keep fighting for the American trucking industry. They want you frustrated enough to quit, but not angry enough to fight back. They're betting on you walking away, and they'll do anything to make it work. We must not forget where we came from. This industry was built by people who didn't quit. They kept this country moving. They never asked for applause. They just did the hard work. This is worth preserving. I refuse to be the generation that gives up and hands this industry over to people who see it as nothing more than a market to extract from.

Gerald has now been eating things that cannot feed humans for eight consecutive hours. At no point today did Gerald intercept a food supply. At no point today did Gerald remove calories from the human food system. At every point today, Gerald was converting materials that are nutritionally useless to humans into beef, B12, zinc, iron, creatine, heme iron, and fat-soluble vitamins. The beef will go to the abattoir. The beef will go to the supermarket. The beef will go to families in Ledbury and Bristol and Wolverhampton. Gerald is the only system that connects these waste materials to human nutrition. Gerald does not know about Ethiopia. Gerald does not know about the global food system. Gerald is in the south corner. Gerald is converting the unconvertible. You're welcome.
