I urge you to vote No on this ballot initiative.
We should be looking for ways to improve our voting outcomes, not further limiting choice. There is also no reason to amend the state constitution for something that is already both state and federal law.

Crime is down, not up - and violent crime and murder are below where they were in 2020, Trump's last year in office.
Preliminary FBI data found a 6% decline in violent crime in 2023 and 15% in the first quarter of 2024. It's preliminary, yes, but the direction is clear.
