At first, I laughed at the idea of Biden resigning and making Harris president for the final stretch. But I am warming to it. What if he resigned on 19 January, making Harris the first woman president if only for a day. That would break the glass ceiling. And it would make worthless all the Trump 47 paraphernalia.
