The 60-vote Senate filibuster isn’t in the Constitution — it’s a rule that lets a minority of senators block popular legislation and dodge tough votes. Whether it’s the SAVE Act for voter ID or anything else, senators should debate, vote yes or no, and face the voters. No more hiding. President Trump has the guts to push for it.
