Well, for every player I feel really good about in the 2026 class (not going to be many stamps of approval this year), I find two players from future draft classes I prefer.

The 49ers have currently replicated this WR room blueprint I laid out very closely
They went Christian Kirk for the slot role which was a fraction of the price of Wandale
Still in play to add someone like Omar Cooper Jr or KC Concepcion in the draft

Here’s my read on the 49ers current DC search: Many know Gus Bradley was hired to shadow Robert Saleh in the event this exact situation played out where Saleh was one and done as a DC Kyle Shanahan referenced his vacation being delayed due to having to hire a new DC. Well, from what I’ve come across Kyle is currently on vacation and we have heard very minimal about any external DC interviews. I believe all signs are pointing to Gus Bradley taking over as 49ers DC

Just saw 2 great Championship games and why it’s important to take the points.
Denver chooses to go on 4th instead of kicking a FG in the 1st half. They lost by 3.
Rams had a chance to cut the lead to 1 point with a FG and chose to go on 4th, with no success. Last drive would’ve been just get 3 instead of needing 7.
