Big news out of USDA today and it looks to be favorable for farmers. According to the new interim rule for climate-smart crops that qualify for biofuel feedstocks, farmers can choose one or more of the climate-smart agriculture actions: no-till or reduced-till, cover crops, and nutrient management.
