@RussoHockey @bobanobets I feel like this doesn’t matter as much as folks think. If a team has injuries, it’s nice to be off. Teams with depth could be healthier. Zucc or Hintz could be back and help Wild/Stars. Yes a break is always ideal. A day off is huge. 8 days could be bad early on.

If Wild-Stars goes 7, Avs get a minimum of 8 days off

Here’s my question on this play: We have all these rules for what constitutes a catch: Must make a football move, must survive the ground, must take a third step, etc. In this instance, if the Denver defender didn’t come up with the ball and it ended up the ground instead, it would have pretty clearly been ruled incomplete, not a fumble. Right?
