The current #OntEd system has silenced Trustees. Rather than encouraging conversation, directors across the prov has sought ways to divide & silence - reduction in public forum, discipline for speaking to trustees etc Trustees are to ensure local democracy.

For years, we have known this: boards have cut the front line staff - the roots of the organization- while padding the upper tier. Executive compensations have been a problem forever. There was ways to prevent this but the province looked the other way. Now it’s coming to light
