@WWitchfinder @UnkleDell @souljaamondd Nah excess acetyl CoA becomes malonyl coA and is converted into fatty acids. Carbs are the main dietary source of glucose (and thus acetyl CoA)
English

@UnkleDell @souljaamondd fat is more cals/gram than carbs and gets stored directly as fat. carbs get stored in your liver/pancreas as glycogen to enable you to actually function while you're losing weight

Residents post something goofy.
People act like it’s some grave professional transgression.
So apparently, no one is allowed to be silly or have fun, ever.

@MrM_Holmes @Favwontmiss I believe that for diet. But for exercise, it’s pretty addictive actually. Once you habituate to exercising regularly, you notice you get a good feeling (endorphins maybe?) afterwards and you feel bad when you skip. So that provides some positive reinforcement.
English

@be_nMD @Favwontmiss Yeah for real, I don't think anyone (or very few) are addicted to it in the sense that they genuinely enjoy it. I think it sucks most of the time, but I do it anyway.

Goy is not necessarily pejorative. It’s used online heavily (by non Jews!) in a negative way, but it does not have a negative connotation by default. Like all language, depends on its use. Most religions (including Judaism) introduce an us-and-them mentality. It’s one of the biggest problems with religion.
And don’t mislead on kafir. It carries the same root, meaning, and pronunciation as the Hebrew word kfir…which is def a pejorative term.
English

Goyim is a derogatory term. It states that people who are not Jewish are worth less than cattle. They have no value; their life has no value because of their heritage.
Kafir literally means non Muslim in Arabic, in the same way you asked in English, ‘What are non-Christians called?’ The only difference is language, not meaning or intent.
That's th difference. Muslims don't think, and most importantly, their religious doctrine doesn't dictate that people of any faith are less than them. Even with your fellow muslim brothers and sisters, you cannot ascertain who is better amongst them because that's a matter between the person and Allah.
Low IQ attempts to align Muslim values with Jewish values.

@ONealN47de @LeahHoustonMD Apollo runs some pretty solid groups here in GA. I wouldn’t pre judge them. They’re not some mega corp.
English

@be_nMD @LeahHoustonMD You mean it’s ok for businessmen to profit from ownership of a group but not physicians who took risk and started it. Also, rather than selective in quality, cultural fit and credibility these groups should just accept a warm body so feelers don’t get hurt. Got it!!🙄

PeaceHealth just fired their local emergency medicine group.
Those doctors live there.
Their kids go to school there.
Their spouses work there.
It’s the only hospital in the community.
Overnight they’re unemployed.
And thanks to credentialing, it will take 4–6 months before they can work somewhere else.
Meanwhile, they’ll also likely have to try to sell their homes and uproot their families.
No paycheck.
No easy transition.
Probably no severance.
Hospitals call this “normal operations.”
There’s nothing normal about it.

@RomainHedouin Didn’t he disband the supercharger team? Likely not a priority anymore

There are currently 3 (three) Tesla Superchargers in the world with ≥350 kW stalls
There are currently 0 (zero) Tesla Superchargers in Europe with ≥350 kW stalls
My next tweet will be about BYD's new 1500 kW chargers
Elon Musk@elonmusk
@fredlambert A mere 350 kW ... what are you referring to, a children's toy?
