There are two sexes: male and female. And yet, the federal government has been cluttering official forms and surveys with gender identity options rooted in ideology, not biology. We introduced the Restoring Biological Truth in Government Act so every executive agency, department, military branch, and government corporation is prohibited from asking about gender identity, prohibited from offering any option other than male or female when asking about sex or gender, and required to reject any response claiming otherwise. Government documents should reflect reality, not a radical social agenda.
