@beaglestreet cancelled my direct debit without informing me and when I phoned and enquired, I was told is was because I’d changed banks and it hadn’t transferred over. Which is weird when every other direct debit moved over fine. Can you please explain?

@beaglestreet hi beagle street, any reason why you have canceled my DD for my life insurance? I know you are in the process of changing the company name ect as stated in the email, but you explained the DD would be taken on the 3rd Dec, still no payment taken.
