I coined term “pain-based internalized helplessness” that tends to manifest in peope with emotionally dominant parent. It’s a full detachment from inner voice around moments of needs not being met in both micro and macro. Vocalization isn’t even an option/consideration (because it has been fully forgotten as an option/tool), and “how do i deal with this Without mentioning the main issue” is immediately subconsciously asked & x thing is immediately permanently acceptanced as an unchangeable fact of the situation. It almost removes human choice from the equation (as it fully forgets) and registers other’s behavior moreso as a fact of the environment, like how a forest just has trees, as opposed to “this person is acting x way, and could theoretically not do this, and me saying somethint could theoretically alter it” Think when an aggressive parent opens ur door as a kid without asking, you rage inside, but immediately have to basically dissolve it, as there is nothing you can really do about it, or you’ll face an attack + you’re a dependent & have nowhere to go anyway It is valid anger/rage getting suppressed/flatlined instantly. In this state as a kid there is a valid form of helplessness - you are overpowered. Repeat this process & you get someone who doesn’t get mad, doesn’t express, doesn’t know what they want, can’t make full decisions. The helplessness has been internalized & incorporated into the operating system. Fully buried. Personality muted, opinions muted, and you can hear it in the voice, see it in the body. A “full dulling”, waiting to be unwound This type of person also is terrible type to try & accomplish anything with. Bad leader, bad partner. They will not not vocalize issues, leaving massive liablity that you are totally unaware of. And in hindsight they will basically say “oh i should have said something”. It’s like a form of niceguyness on steroids, except its fully under conscious awareness, and isn’t a conscious choice like pandering is. It is below the level of choice - it has been invisibly embedded into the worldview - but their role on the matter is continuous cowardice to keep it alive. The compensation is below conscious awarness, but the selfish avoidance of what is helpful (to self or group) isn’t. This person continually chooses cowardly stance, regardless of how many times it burns. This behavior will manifest as what appears as aggressive neglectfulness / total abdication of responsbility, or maybe even aggressive forgetfulness - but even so, it is not necessairly malicious. They don’t know how they are compensating in the moment- as taking it on the chin & hiding their actual thoughts/feelings was dominated into them as a child, and pattern has continued on unaudited, below awareness. This person just continually crash out about everything, and has no idea why. They have no idea their entire orientation quite literally revolves around stifling their own voice as a fact of life. Any alternative totally forgotten. Regardless of childhood, you will notice this exact same pattern in yourself in some ways, to some degree. You can often catch yourself immediately registering something you don’t like (that you could change, but almost forget you could change), and instantly start devising a solution on the premise that it’s a permanent fact of the situation or environment. If you have emoloyees, you will notice it. If you have any type of anything with anyone, you will notice it. It actually works very well for the non-confrontational most of the time as a perpetual conflict management/avoidance strategy But the issue is - often times conflict is exactly what’s required to be helpful, and choosng to continually be a useless coward to not rock a boat, at some point has to end Saying a necessary corrective statement out of love is a cherished/divine tool. Not to be mean, not to inject ego, but as a genuine selfless act of love, in obedience to what is necessary to rise

@Dee_great_wan @ogpac69 @theDeafRow This is explicitly for girth. Length calls for just holding strong ass erections, pelvic floor training, and getting your ass muscles really tuned in.

A quote by Dostoevsky to summarise his life.
GRITCULT tweet media
GRITCULT@GRITCULT

Dostoevsky was 28 when they stood him in front of a firing squad. Blindfolded. Hands tied. He could hear the rifles being loaded. At the last second a messenger on horseback arrived. The Tsar had commuted the sentence. The entire execution was staged. Psychological torture designed to break him. It worked. He had a seizure on the spot. They sent him to a labour camp in Siberia. 4 years. Freezing. Starving. Sleeping on wooden planks next to murderers. His epilepsy got worse. He had no paper. No pen. Nothing. When he got out he was broke. His first wife died. His brother died. He inherited his brothers debts. He was so desperate for money he signed a contract with a publisher that would have given away the rights to everything hed ever write if he missed the deadline. He wrote The Gambler in 26 days to make it. Dictated it to a 20 year old stenographer named Anna. Married her three months later. Then the real work started. Crime and Punishment. The Idiot. Demons. The Brothers Karamazov. The greatest novels in the history of the Russian language. Maybe any language. The man who stood blindfolded before the firing squad, who convulsed on the ground while soldiers watched, who slept next to killers in Siberia for 4 years, who was buried in debt and grief. That man wrote: "every minute can be an eternity of happiness." He earned the right to say it. its never over. never give up fren.
