Decent green day without any real size trades. No locates on $UCAR or $LNAI so missed those plays. $CREG was solid over 2. $BIAF hit over 3 for a decent win.

Oil futures are down over 32% from the early morning top, all within one day. Doesn't happen often.

February crypto DD fully recovered. Now back to ATH. Oil theme execution paid off. GOATED $USO trade: one of my best, outperforming last year’s TSLA (~$400k).

Nice way to end the week with $CRE PM fader paying nicely. Hit a few recycles on it also. $PRSO choppy headache made a few bucks on it but not the best price action.

Traders MUST lose. If all you do is win, you'll never develop a healthy relationship with losing. Losing tells you much more about yourself and your problems than winning ever could. If you can develop a process to take its feedback, transmute it into a lesson and then actualize it into a system/process then you've given yourself the gift of material growth. However if you let losses accumulate and never take the time to deconstruct them/convert them into a future plan then its value will evaporate into thin air. Use this weekend to review your week and make that a habit that sticks for the rest of your trading career.
