I keep trying to find the bad True Texas BBQ location, but it’s not working. Excellent ribs and solid lean brisket at the Seguin location. That cornbread too.

The smoked brisket banh mi has gone mainstream. It’s this month’s special sandwich at @HEB True Texas BBQ. This one in Midland was spicy and loaded w/ juicy brisket, but would really benefit from a Vietnamese baguette.

Another good bite of brisket at an @HEB True Texas BBQ. Nice folks here at the Huntsville store too. I promise this isn’t sponsored content. I’m just impressed w/ their BBQ in 3 different cities (also Midland & Killeen) that aren’t exactly flooded w/ great BBQ.
