Jim Cornette reacted to the fast food CEO burger wars, Wendy's prices, and the Wendy's "Chief Tasting Officer" job posting on The Jim Cornette Experience. On the McDonald's CEO nibbling his new Big Arch on camera: "These corporate dweebs who dine on filet mignon all the time don't know how to eat a fking hamburger. He looked like a complete idiot taking a little nibble of what he called his 'product.' You couldn't make food any more unappetizing than what this f**king guy did." Cornette said a real bite is when "you've been on the road for about 400 miles, that first bite, a third of a triple is gone. The grease squishes down to your goddamn elbow." Cornette also tracked what he calls the "Wendy's Triple Index." The combo was $4 and change in 1982. A couple years ago it hit $12. Now it's almost $15. "For that kind of money, people say, 'Well, f**k, I'll go and eat at a better place.' But then the better place has raised their goddamn prices too. So you end up paying 30 when you used to pay 20 there. It's a vicious circle." On the Wendy's job listing offering $100,000 for a "Chief Tasting Officer," Cornette said they should spend it on the food instead. "Instead of improving their product, they're trying to get another one of these social media wackos to lie to people and tell them how great it is. They could put that $100,000 into better f**king beef and french fries." He also said Wendy's restaurants went from "Tiffany lamps and cool carpeting" to looking like "a goddamn waiting room at a f**king STD clinic."
