@KiloPapaD11 Try going to Callaghans Physio down in Ayr mate. I went in there with a siatica flare up and they zapped electricity through it and it was sorted same day 👍 the NHS physio told me to do some exercises 😂

I feel like a caged animal at the moment. Had a trapped nerve in my neck for 2 weeks now. Marathon training and all other exercises stopped. Physio excecises twice a day, basically nodding my head and painkillers aaaaah.
