Anyone have tips to stop overworking?

Working on the side projects from 5-9 is okay. But when the 9-5 starts bleeding into the rest of the day, that is when its a problem.

Work-life balance is tough when WFH. I'm sometimes motivated to work weekends or after hours, but I strive to keep work contained.

The only copywriting formula you need: PAS • Pain: share a common pain • Agitate: show the negative effect it has on their life • Solution: solve the negative effect with your solution

@dickiebush Using AI to cut down the admin stuff. But make sure to keep the secret sauce in the kitchen.

A question I ask every time I repeat a task: "Can AI do this for me?" • Turn 100 customer quotes into product feedback • Turn 500 newsletters into writing tips & takeaways • Turn 3,000 words of raw notes into a coherent narrative Remove the writing grunt work with AI.

What a great day. Spent time with family. Finished the newsletter. Done with client work. Ate my favorite dish. About to journal. Not gonna waste my 20s.

Most people on 𝕏 are incredibly lazy. It has never been easier to create great content and stand out.

ChatGPT can most likely assist with it, but not fully make it. Gotta find a good Niche to do it in. My GF loves fantasy with a touch of Spice. Those books sell like hot cakes!

But for people to rave about it, the book has to be good. It is not that simple as having ChatGPT word vomit out a book. I am sure others have tried.
