The @WHO Independent High-level Commission on #NCDs is in Geneva today for a face-to-face meeting as part of its 2nd phase of work. Commissioners work in 3 groups & aim to address issues related to implementation of the recommendations contained in the 1st report-Time to Deliver

The Working Group 2 of the @WHO Independent High-level Commission on NCDs focuses on ❓how to make the global push in 2019 to include #NCDs & #MentalHealth in Universal Health Coverage benefit packages in support of national efforts ➡️towards SDG 3.4 on NCDs & mental health

The Group 1 aims to: ✔️Explore experiences with education programmes & population-wide, targeted mass media & social media campaigns ✔️Elaborate guidance to promote multisectoral coordination & multistakeholder dialogues at national level #beatNCDs
